JP Wedding Photography

Allyson and Dan’s wedding a few weeks ago was a nice chance to get out of the city for a bit and hang out with a really fun crowd. It was at the Milleridge in Long Island. Here are a few of my favorite photos…

That’s Bettina officiating the ceremony. It’s the second time I’ve photographed her at a wedding, and she rocks. You can tell she really takes the time to get to know a couple, and the ceremony was really personal.

This was something I’d been wanting to do for a long time, and Allyson and Dan were into the idea so I finally got to do it! I set up some lights and did some quick portraits of guests during the reception. My thought was to make it a little bit like a photo booth, and just encourage people to have fun with the photos. Hopefully not the last time I get to do this…

Their officiant was awesome. He played the music while they were walking down the aisle, and it was Led Zeppelin! The guitar part (no vocals), worked great.
