Michael and Dorit at Battery Gardens
Michael and Dorit’s wedding at Battery Gardens. These guys put together a wedding that was a real celebration. We started the day cruising around downtown and Chinatown, and then off to Battery Gardens for the ceremony. Dorit’s father officiated the ceremony, which added a really lovely intimate aspect. Afterwards their guests proves that know how to have a party. They finished things up in the afternoon with a Mister Softee truck outside serving ice cream to all the guests, and then we headed on over to the Ritz Carlton for a super rad after party.
Tom did a great job snapping pictures earlier in the day, and then manning the photobooth for the rest of the party.

Truly captures the day. Love the chinatown shot. My dad with his tongue out while lifting D in the air. And untying the tie triptych.

What fabulous pictures. What a simcha this wedding must have been! But I don’t get it: why Mister Softee rather than Graeter’s?
