Hey guys, still here in the Canary Islands. The sun finally came out today and we went out for some sport climbing. The guy at the surf shop says the swell is gonig to be good tomorrow. And right now I’m sitting at a sort of hybrid internet cafe/casino where my little brother is playing mechanized roulette. Long story short, life is good.
My friend Spencer just shot me an e-mail about a post he just did about me on Stale Bread. So stoked to see it, and love the picture he snapped of me. Thanks alot Spencer!

Hey guys, I’m here with my baby brother in Tenerife, the Canary Islands, but wanted to do a quick post. I’m super excited that this short interview I did with Martha Stewart Weddings just went up on their blog.

Wow, all of the sudden, it’s been 3 months since my last post here. And it’s definitely not for lack of content. These last months have been super busy… In the best possible way. In addition to a ton of fun weddings, I moved to Greenpoint, had a bunch of editorial shoots on the road. With that the blogging just fell off. I just wrapped up my last wedding of the year last weekend, and I’m starting to catch up with everything from the end of the year before I head out to the Canary Islands to catch up with my baby bro (he’s studying in Italy this year, and that seemed like a good middle point).
So there’s a ton in the backlog, and I promise to share more here in the new year. In the meantime, here’s something that I’ve been wanting to throw up for a long time. It’s a job that I did forĀ Life:Curated. We shot most of this in a single hard core day (but did end up adding a second day for the cover/back cover). All of the models are friends of the owner/creative director duo that runs the store.
Since their opening these guys have been killing it. I’ve been seeing them getting press all over the place, and their store is amazing. Definitely go check it out if you live in/find yourself in Williamsburg.
Anyways, here’s a quick peek at some of my favorite spreads from the book.
Alright guys, off to a little island off the coast of Africa! I promise a more thorough re-cap of the awesomeness that was the last 3 months in the New Year!
